Fill warranty formThe construction warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of handover of the new apartment or commercial premises, unless stated otherwise in the contract.
The warranty period for permanently installed equipment and technical systems is six (6) months, or a longer period if provided by the manufacturer.
In emergency situations (e.g. water leaks, electrical faults), the owner must immediately contact the building manager or apartment association, and the designated emergency service, in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
In addition, a note must be submitted immediately also to Hausers via the adjacent form.
When reporting a warranty issue, please describe as precisely as possible in which room, when, and under what circumstances the defect occurred.
The procedure for handling defects covered by the warranty, as well as maintenance instructions, is described in more detail in the user manual. We would like to specifically draw your attention to the following:
- The warranty covers defects that have occurred due to the contractor’s fault; are caused by defective materials or equipment; are not the result of normal wear and tear, improper use, or insufficient maintenance.
- Documentation of required maintenance work is a prerequisite for carrying out warranty repairs.
- Generally, non-urgent defects may, at the contractor’s discretion, be carried out collectively at the end of the warranty period.
